Coyote Creek Golf Club is located in Morgan Hill, California, just south of San Jose. Our location makes us an ideal wedding venue for couples throughout Silicon Valley, the South Bay, Gilroy, Los Gatos, Campbell, and the greater Bay Area. ________________________ What makes Coyote Creek different from other Bay Area wedding venues? Coyote Creek combines scenic golf course views, indoor and outdoor event spaces, experienced wedding professionals, and a convenient South Bay location to create an unforgettable wedding experience. ________________________ What are the benefits of a golf course wedding? BOOKING & TOURS Can we tour the venue? Yes! We encourage couples to schedule a private tour to experience our ceremony site, reception spaces, and beautiful golf course views. ________________________ How can I schedule a tour? We'd love to show you around the property, answer your questions, and discuss your vision. Contact our Events Team to schedule a personalized tour. ________________________ How do we reserve our wedding date? Your date is officially reserved once your contract has been signed and the required deposit has been received. Our Events Team will guide you through every step of the booking process. ________________________ How far in advance should I book my event? We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and weekend dates, as popular dates fill quickly. Contact our Events Team to check availability. ________________________
CEREMONY & RECEPTION Can we host both our ceremony and reception at Coyote Creek? Absolutely! Many couples choose Coyote Creek because you can host your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one beautiful location. Your guests can relax and enjoy the celebration without traveling between venues. ________________________ What reception spaces are available? Our elegant reception spaces feature beautiful golf course views, flexible floor plans, and room for dining, dancing, and celebrating with family and friends. ________________________ What types of weddings does Coyote Creek host? We welcome traditional weddings, multicultural celebrations, micro weddings, intimate ceremonies, large receptions, vow renewals, and rehearsal dinners. ________________________ How many guests can you accommodate? We can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests. ________________________ How many hours are included in the wedding package? Our wedding packages include 5.5 hours of event time to celebrate your special day. If you'd like more time, additional hours can be added to your package for an additional fee. ________________________ What happens if it rains? While our outdoor ceremony spaces showcase beautiful views, we also offer flexible indoor options so your wedding day can be beautiful no matter the weather. ________________________
CATERING & PACKAGES What's included in your wedding packages? Our wedding packages include many of the essentials for your big day, from catering and event setup to tables, chairs, linens, and more. Visit our Packages page for a complete list of inclusions, or contact our team to discuss the package that's right for you. ________________________ Do you offer catering and bar service? Yes! Our culinary team offers a variety of menu options, and bar service can be customized to fit your event. We'll help create a package that fits your vision and budget. ________________________ Can dietary restrictions be accommodated? Absolutely. We regularly accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requests. ________________________
PLANNING & VENDORS Can I bring my own vendors? Yes! We welcome outside vendors for many services, including photography, florals, entertainment, and décor. Our Events Team can also provide recommendations for trusted local professionals. ________________________ Are there any restrictions with decorating? We want you to personalize your wedding to reflect your style! The only restrictions are that nothing may be nailed, screwed, or otherwise attached in a way that damages walls, ceilings, or other property. For your ceremony, only real flower petals may be used. If you have any unique décor ideas, our team is happy to discuss them with you. ________________________ Do you have a bridal suite? Yes! We offer a private bridal suite where you and your wedding party can relax, get ready, and enjoy some quiet time before the ceremony. It's also a great space for final touch-ups and storing personal belongings throughout the day. ________________________ Can we take wedding photos on the golf course? Yes! One of the highlights of getting married at Coyote Creek is access to stunning golf course scenery for wedding portraits. Couples are encouraged to take photos in approved areas of the course and facility. ________________________
GUEST INFORMATION Is there free parking? Yes! Complimentary parking is available for all wedding guests, with plenty of convenient parking on-site. ________________________ Are there hotels nearby? Yes! Morgan Hill and nearby San Jose offer a variety of hotel accommodations for wedding guests. Ask our Events Team about our preferred hotels for wedding room blocks. ________________________
